Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Vegas Nightlife Pass (“VNP”), accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification. Admission is always subject to venue policies and management discretion.
Description of Services
VNP provides access to participating nightlife offers, recommendations, concierge assistance, guest list requests, transportation specials, and related services. VNP is not a venue, transportation provider, or ticketing agency, and participation or admission is never guaranteed.
Purchases & Activation
Purchasing a pass does not activate it. Activation requires following the instructions provided after purchase. Failure to activate or redeem a pass does not create any right to a refund, credit, or extension.
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices, offers, fees, participating businesses, and benefits may change without notice until purchased.
Payment
Full payment is required before services are provided. All purchases are final once payment has been successfully processed.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted except where required by law.
Pass Validity
Passes are valid only for the purchased period, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold without written authorization from VNP.
Participating Businesses
Participating businesses operate independently. Venue management reserves all rights regarding admission, guest lists, promotions, pricing, dress code, capacity, service, and operations. VNP reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, or discontinue any offer, partner, benefit, or service without notice.
Guest Lists & Reservations
Guest list requests and reservations are submitted as a courtesy only. Submission does not constitute confirmation, and admission decisions remain solely with the participating venue.
Transportation Specials
Transportation services are offered by independent providers. Availability, pricing, routes, and service remain subject to the provider’s policies and operations.
Dress Code
Guests are responsible for complying with all venue dress code requirements. Denied entry due to attire or failure to meet venue requirements does not qualify for compensation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws and venue policies, and conduct themselves respectfully. VNP reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion where permitted by law.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number or texting VNP, you consent to receive messages regarding purchases, activation, concierge assistance, guest list requests, transportation information, recommendations, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNP shall not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, denied entry, venue decisions, third-party actions, transportation issues, cancellations, or changes affecting the use of the pass.
Force Majeure
VNP shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, public health emergencies, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, and materials remain the exclusive property of Vegas Nightlife Pass and may not be used without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
VNP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
